Questions about Cepsa Pay?

1Is it necessary to create a new profile and link new cards to use Cepsa Pay if I'm already a PayMet user?

If you already have the PayMet or WouPay application, you can access the same email and PassCode with which you signed up, you will not need to relink your cards and you always have the possibility of linking new cards.

2Do I need to preload the application in order to have an active balance and pay?

An active balance on the App is not necessary to be able to pay, either by opening the pump from the phone or paying in the register. In case of not having sufficient running balance to pay the entire amount of the purchase, the missing amount will be deducted from the bank card you have set as primary (in this case, the App will ask for your PassCode to verify your ID). If you have no linked card and do not have sufficient balance, you will not be able to complete the purchase.

However, to pay by the option 'Cash' it's required having active balance, so, before making any purchase by this method, check that you have enough running balance; and if it's not, reload it rapidly from the application.

3Is it necessary to link a bank card to use the application?

You do not need any card linked to the application to be able to use it. The App lets you get money reloads by other people to pay for your purchases and refueling at Cepsa Pay service stations.

4What if the amount I refueled is less than the price I have indicated in the App to open the pump?

If you indicated a higher amount than the one you finally used to refuel your vehicle, the difference will be refunded to your running App balance so you can use it in your next purchases.

5How do I earn points for my purchases at service stations?

When you sign up to the App, we ask for your ID number to verify if you are already have a 'Porque Tu Vuelves' loyalty card.

If you already have one, we proceed to link it to your App automatically so you can continue to accumulate points.

If you do not already have the card, Cepsa will create a virtual 'Porque Tu Vuelves' card for you when you sign up to the App so you can start accumulating points on every purchase. No more physical cards!
